Honeymoon murder victim Anni Dewani's father has slammed the Britain's legal system for not being able to punish her culprit husband, who is enjoying his life as he avoids facing trial for her death.

Vinod Hindocha lashed out after a court again failed to reach a decision over whether Shrien Dewani should be sent to stand trial at the scene of the crime in South Africa, Express.co.uk reports.

Shrien is accused of hiring a hitman to kill his newly wedded wife Anni Shrien Dewani and is presently fighting extradition on the grounds that he is not fit to stand trial because of mental health problems, the report added.

Anni was shot dead as the couple travelled in a taxi on the outskirts of Cape Town in November 2010.
