Justin Bieber wants to build his own skate park in the new estate that he buys, so that he and his friends can use their skateboards without interference.
The 19-year-old singer is giving up his mansion in Calabasas, California following a police raid on the property and has told realtors to find him a massive piece of land, TMZ.com reported.
Bieber is eyeing real estate in Santa Barbara, which is known for its vast, sprawling properties and has also reportedly asked realtors to ensure the property is spacious enough for him to race around in a four-wheel ATV bike.
