La Toya Jackson and her longtime business partner Jeffre Phillips have called off their engagement, it has been reported.
The duo, who did not reveal the big news , stepped out for a dinner where they spilled the beans about their relationship, TMZ.com reported.
Phillips told a paparazzo that the duo was not engaged anymore.
The couple got engaged in June, 2014.
