Lara Bingle attacked me first, says photog accused of 'kicking' her

ANI

The photographer who was punched by Sam Worthington for allegedly kicking his girlfriend Lara Bingle has revealed that the model attacked him first.

According to a criminal complaint, photographer Sheng Li was following the 26-year-old model for hours before a tussle erupted, News.com.au reported.

Li's lawyer said at the arraignment in Manhattan Criminal Court that Bingle was the one that attacked him and her claims don't make any sense that he kicked her in the shins after following her for hours.

The defense lawyer said that Li was on the job taking pictures and the former girlfriend of Michael Clarke got upset and ran half way up the block and attacked him, after which Worthington also came and punched him.

However, the court papers said that the photographer followed Bingle on a public street for approximately four hours, kept getting in her way as she was walking down the street and tried to trip her, which caused the model to fear for her safety.
