Elizabeth Hurley has all but confirmed her split from legendary cricketer, Shane Warne, in a heart breaking tweet. The 48-year-old model apologised to her Twitter followers on Wednesday, for her lack of updates due to recent events being 'too raw and personal' to share, the Mirror reported.
The couple, who announced the end of their previous relationships and their engagement to each other on the social network, have not tweeted each other for nearly three weeks.
