Margaret Thatcher visited hairdresser 118 times in 1 year

Margaret Thatcher's appointment diary has revealed that she visited a hairdresser 118 times in year 1984.

In fact, five of the sessions were on consecutive days when the Prime Minister hosted world leaders at an economic summit in London, the Mirror reported.

The diary also confirmed her reputation as a workaholic who found it difficult to relax.
