Mariah Carey sizzled in a very low cut gown as she performed at the annual BET awards in Washington.

The 43-year-old singer wore a black hip hugging dress that seemed reminiscent of Jessica Rabbit, Fox News reported.

The show that honors African-American achievements in music, literature, entertainment, education and other disciplines, also had performances by Jennifer Hudson and Smokey Robinson.
