Mariah Carey with 13.5 M plays tops list of most streamed Christmas songs

Mariah Carey beloved track, 'All I Want for Christmas Is You', racked up a global total of 13.5M plays over the past week. Spotify announced it had been streamed over 100M times so far.

According to reports, 45-year old singer's track has generated around $66K over the Christmas period, for a song released in 1994.

Although, Spotify's been relegated to a controversial position in the music industry and has still topped Spotify's list of the most-streamed Christmas songs for 2015.
