A 65-year-old European mother has become the world's oldest mother of quads as she is pregnant with quadruplets and already has 13 kids.
Annegret Raunigk said that she decided to try for another baby because her youngest daughter, who was 9-year-old, wanted a little brother or sister and for this she underwent several attempts at artificial insemination over the past 18 months, Stuff.co.nz reported.
Raunigk, whose pregnancy will be documented by RTL Television, added that when the doctor discovered there were four, it was a shock for her and gave a thought to begin with it or not but then decided not to reduce the number of embryos.
