Most pampered pooches battle it out at 'Dog Grooming Championship' in Spain

Proud owners brought their pet dogs to participate in the 'World Team Dog Grooming Championships' at Barcelona.

White Toy Poodles had their fur tied up in ponytails and their white coats shone under the bright lights.

The grooming competition had 17 teams from all over the world consisting of poodles, schnauzers and spaniels, who came with their own hairspray and makeup bags, the Mirror reported.

The show was more of a beauty pageant, as the teams battled it out with well-rehearsed circuits, before standing on tables for a closer inspection.
