New dad Ryan Reynolds says daughter James is 'best thing that ever happened to him'

Ryan Reynolds has recently shared his "crazy experience" of being new dad to 3-months-old daughter James, with wife Blake Lively and said that she is the "best thing that ever happened" to him.

The 38-year-old actor disclosed that there have been times where he woke up, literally had no idea he had been walking for five minutes, but he loved it, E! Online reported.

Reynolds, who wakes up in the middle of the night with a big "stupid" smile on his face, added that, he'd kill anything else if it woke him up every 45 minutes, but when it's a baby, it's the best thing that ever happened to him.

 

Reynolds also said that his baby's birth had made him fall much more in love with his wife and is a pretty crazy experience.

The actor, who was busy promoting his upcoming movie 'Woman in Gold,' said he played the role of 'Randy' in it, who committed to a court case, missed his child's birth, whereas in his real life, he could never miss it and wild horses and several bulldozers might be needed to pull him away from that.
