Penelope Cruz 'to be the oldest ever Bond girl'

Penelope Cruz is set to play Bond girl - at 40.

With this, she would become the oldest actress to take on the role, taking the title from Brit Honor Blackman who was 39 when she starred as 'Pussy Galore' in 1962's gold finger, the Sun reported.

Cruze, who is ready to give birth to her second child, will start work on the follow-up next April.
