PM Modi congratulates Manmohan Singh on receiving highest civilian honour of Japan

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has congratulated his predecessor Dr. Manmohan Singh on receiving "The Grand Cordon of the Order of the Paulownia Flowers", one of the highest civilian honours of Japan.

"Matter of joy and pride that Japan has conferred Dr. Manmohan Singh with Grand Cordon of the Order of the Paulownia Flowers. Congrats to him," Prime Minister Modi tweeted.
