President Mukherjee condoles demise of Dhakshinamurthy Mudaliar

President Pranab Mukherjee on Wednesday condoled the passing away of freedom fighter Dhakshinamurthy Mudaliar, who fought for the liberation of Puducherry.

The official twitter handle of the Rashtrapati Bhavan shared the President's thoughts.

"#PresidentMukherjee condoled the passing away of freedom fighter Shri Dhakshinamurthy Mudaliar who fought for liberation of Puducherry," it posted.

"In death of Shri Dhakshinamurthy Mudaliar, the nation has lost a distinguished personality and a great freedom fighter #PresidentMukherjee," it added.
