Rain stopped play on the first day of the third Test at SSC Stadium between India and Sri Lanka.
India had scored 50 for two, with opener Cheteshwar Pujara(19) and skipper Virat Kohli(14) at the crease.
India had earlier lost opener K.L Rahul and Ajinkya Rahane for two and eight respectively.
Naman Ojha of India and Kusal Perera of Sri Lanka are making their respective Test debut.
