Ridley Scott is reportedly not planning to helm the sequel of 'Blade Runner'.
According to the Variety, the 76-year-old director might produce the project but will not be directing it.
Scott said that the sequel of the movie should start filming within the next year.
The British helmer is also working on a 'Prometheus' sequel and an adaptation of the novel The Martian.
