Addressing a rally ahead of the upcoming Haryana Assembly elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday urged the people to rise above castes and clans and vote for the betterment of the state. The Prime Minister said the elections are not about winning or losing but about the development of Haryana.
"The elections are not about winning or losing, it is about development of the Haryana. I urge you all to rise above castes and clans and vote for the betterment of the state. While voting just keep one thing in mind that you are voting to change the fate of Haryana," Prime Minister Modi said during his speech.
"BJP has the capability of making your dreams come true, this is your chance to change your destiny. We want to create an environment where youth has opportunities, where they can live with respect and dignity," the Prime Minister added.
Promising better future, the Prime Minister urged the people to vote for BJP.
He further said, "Your finger has that power which can make Haryana free from corruption and family politics on October 15. You help us form a Government of clear majority in Haryana and I assure you the World will recognize Haryana."
The elections for 90 member Haryana state assembly are scheduled to be held on October 15.
