Rosie O'Donnell's father Edward Joseph O'Donnell has passed away after battling with cancer at the age of 81.
The American comedian tweeted her pain stating, "Through him-with him-in him" along with a mural that featured some retro photos and the word 'hurts', E! Online reported.
The 53-year-old comedian-actress who although shared a strained relationship with her father, but has always emphasized on "No matter what, at the end of the day, every child loves their dad."
O'Donnell also shared some lyrics from Florence and The Machine's hit single 'St. Jude' quoting "And I'm learning, so I'm leaving And even though I'm grieving I'm trying to find the meaning Let loss reveal it."
This might be another shocker for the American TV personality as recently her 17-year-old daughter Chelsea O'Donnell was reported missing and then found alive in a friend's New Jersey home.
