Simon Cowell's pregnant lover gears up for custody battle with hubby

Lauren Silverman, who is expecting Simon Cowell's first child, is apparently getting ready to enter in a court battle with her estranged husband Andrew Silverman over their 7-year-old son.

Andrew is seeking the sole custody of their son, the New York Daily News reported.

The real estate mogul, who has been a close pal of the X Factor judge for a long time, visited his wife in the Bridgehampton, NYC for a late-night meeting.

According to TMZ.com, Andrew plans to file for primary custody as he considers his 36-year-old socialite wife to be a less-than-adequate parent.

The gossip site also reported that Lauren would often disappear for long periods of time to hang out with other celebs and since the couple has a pre-nuptial agreement, custody is the major concern in divorce proceedings.
