Snoop Dogg detained in Sweden over drug suspicion

Swedish police briefly arrested US rapper Snoop Dogg on suspicion of using illegal drugs recently.

Daniel Nilsson, a police spokesman said that Snoop Dogg's car was pulled over and seemed to be under the influence of narcotics, after which he was arrested and taken to the police station to take a urine test, News.com.au reported.

The incident lasted for several minutes and the rapper left post the test, he added.

The 43-year-old star, who was there for a concert, took to Twitter to respond to the incident, vowing never to return to Sweden, and wrote, "2 all my Sweden fans U can blame YA police dept for never seeing me again in your beautiful country.
