The 'Hunger Games' sequel 'Catching Fire' has opened up at first place at the US weekend box office with earnings of 16.1 million dollars, according to studio estimates.
According to Rollingstone.com, the movie, which is a scorching hit at the box office, has set a record of the best November opening ever and the biggest ever opening for a movie with no 3D surcharges, Fox News reported.
