Veena Malik's new in-laws hold grand reception to welcome her in Islamabad

Veena Malik, who has tied the knot with businessman Asad Bashir Khan, was recently left speechless after her new in-laws held a grand reception to welcome her in Islamabad.

The reception took place in Shakar Dara in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, where her in-laws reside, The Dawn reported.

The actress, who has returned to Pakistan after staying abroad for four years, had earlier said that she had come back as a "matured girl" as it was time to give back to the country.

Malik also said that the purpose of her visit was not merely to meet her new in-laws, but her agenda is education and health for locals.
