A coach of DMU intercity passenger train got derailed in Jalpaiguri district of West Bengal on Thursday. No casualties have been reported.
According to an official statement by the Northeast Frontier Railway, following the derailment two trains have been canceled, routes of five trains have been diverted and six trains have been short terminated.
Restoration work is underway.
