Adani Enterprises incorporates subsidiary Adani Ahmedabad International Airport
Adani Enterprises (AEL) has incorporated a Company namely "Adani Ahmedabad International Airport" on 26 September, 2019.
Adani Ahmedabad International Airport will carry out the operations 8- maintenance related activities of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport located at Ahmedabad, Gujarat and is yet to commence its business operations.
AEL had received Letter of Award from Airports Authority of India on 15 July, 2019 for Operations, Management and Development of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport located at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
