Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone announces cessation of subsidiaries

Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone announced that pursuant to the allotment of further equity shares by subsidiary companies i.e. Adani Petroleum Terminal Private ("APTPL"), Adani Dhamra LPG Terminal ("ADLPG") and Mundra LPG Terminal ("MLPG"), the Company's stake in each of APTPL, ADLPG and MLPG has been diluted to 0.99%.

Accordingly, APTPL, ADLPG, MLPG have ceased to be subsidiaries and Dhamra LNG Terminal has ceased to be step down subsidiary of the Company w.e.f 29 December, 2018.
