Aditya Birla Money announces appointment of company secretary

With effect from 28 January 2015

Aditya Birla Money announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 January 2015, have appointed Vikashh K. Agarwal as the Company Secretary of the Company with immediate effect i.e. 28 January 2015 who shall also act as the Compliance Officer for the purpose of Listing Agreement entered into with the Stock Exchanges.
