Aditya Birla Money announced that G K Tulsian and Shriram Jagetiya have been appointed as Additional Directors of the Company with effect from 25 March 2014.Further, Pankaj Razdan & Manoj Kedia have resigned as Directors of the Company with effect from 25 March 2014.
