Advanced Micronic Devices gets extension to hold AGM

Up to 31 December 2015

Advanced Micronic Devices announced that in terms of the approval under Companies Act, 2013, the Company has obtained approval from the Office of the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Karnataka, an extension of time for holding Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, for the Financial Year ended 31 March 2015.

Accordingly the Company will hold the Annual General Meeting on or before 31 December 2015.
