AI Champdany Industries announces change in company secretary and compliance officer

With effect from 25 July 2016

AI Champdany Industries announced that B K Chowdhury, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company has relinquished from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer with effect from 24 July 2016.

Further, the Board of Directors has appointed in his place Binaya Kumar Dash, having requisite qualification, as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 25 July 2016.
