AI Champdany Industries suspends activities at Rishra and Jagatdal units

Voluntarily delist shares from Calcutta Stock Exchange

AI Champdany Industries announced that due to low productivity the Company have declared temporary suspension of work at its Weaving unit - Rishra w.e.f. 23 May 2015 and at its Anglo India Jute Mill (Middle Mill) - Jagatdal w.e.f. 26 May 2015 till further notification.

Further the Company has informed that, the shares of the Company has been voluntarily delisted from the Calcutta Stock Exchange w.e.f. 20 April 2015.
