Alankit announces change in company secretary & compliance officer

With effect from 14 April 2015

Alankit announced that the Company has appointed Ishleen Kaur as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 14 April 2015 in the Board Meeting held on 14 April 2015. She is also appointed as the Woman Director on the board of the Company w.e.f. 14 April 2015.
