Alembic Pharmaceuticals consolidated net profit declines 85.86% in the March 2022 quarter

Sales rise 10.57% to Rs 1415.74 crore

Net profit of Alembic Pharmaceuticals declined 85.86% to Rs 35.46 crore in the quarter ended March 2022 as against Rs 250.70 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2021. Sales rose 10.57% to Rs 1415.74 crore in the quarter ended March 2022 as against Rs 1280.39 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2021.

For the full year,net profit declined 53.68% to Rs 545.68 crore in the year ended March 2022 as against Rs 1178.11 crore during the previous year ended March 2021. Sales declined 1.62% to Rs 5305.79 crore in the year ended March 2022 as against Rs 5393.13 crore during the previous year ended March 2021.
