Angels Enterprises announced that Ghanshyam Sharma has resigned from the post of director and compliance officer on 23 June 2015.

Further the Company has informed that, Vikas Saini has been appointed as a compliance officer in place of Ghanshyam Sharma w.e.f. 23 June 2015.
