Apollo Hospitals Enterprise to acquire pharmacy stores business of Hetero Med Solutions

For a consideration not exceeding Rs 146 crore

Apollo Hospitals Enterprise announced that the Company has proposed the acquisition of 320 retail pharmacy stores of Hetero Med Solutions, as a business undertaking on slump sale basis at an overall consideration not exceeding a sum of Rs 146 crore. The transaction does not involve any equity acquisition in Hetero Med Solution.

The pharmacy stores are currently operated in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu.
