Ashapura Intimates Fashion's subsidiary to list on SME platform of NSE

Proposed public issue size aggregates Rs 41 crore

Ashapura Intimates Fashion announced that the Company's Subsidiary "Momai Apparels" has filed a DHRP with the National Stock Exchange proposing subject to approvals from the relevant authorities for Public issue of Equity Share aggregating to Rs. 41 crore. The security (Equity Share) are proposed to be listed on the SME platform of the National Stock Exchange.
