Sales rise 10.79% to Rs 6617.89 crore
Net profit of Ashok Leyland reported to Rs 476.17 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against net loss of Rs 140.81 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales rose 10.79% to Rs 6617.89 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 5973.16 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.For the full year,net profit rose 213.93% to Rs 1223.08 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 389.60 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales rose 5.71% to Rs 20018.66 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 18937.30 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
