AU Small Finance Bank allots 22,369 equity shares under ESOP

AU Small Finance Bank has allotted 22,369 equity shares under ESOP on 27 January 2021. The paid-up equity share capital of the Bank has increased from Rs. 306, 75,85,580 consisting of 30,67,58,558 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 306,78,09,270 consisting of 30,67,80,927 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 10/- each.
