Aurionpro Solutions sells IT services businee in USA

Aurionpro Solutions announced the completion of sale of its IT services business in USA to Saicon Consultants Inc. This is in line with its strategic decision to accelerate revenue growth of its high-margin core businesses and divest non-core businesses. The sale price for the transaction stands at about US 10 million or Rs 66 crore. These include upfront payments, deferred payment.
