Enters into partnership agreement for two businesses

Autopal Industries announced that it has entered into partnership agreement to form GK-Autopal Lighting Solutions LLP to carry on business of electrical and lighting products, equipment and related business activities. The Company has also entered into partnership with Om Sai Electronics (a proprietorship firm) to manufacture new range of LED lighting products.
