Axis Bank allots 30,442 equity shares

Under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 30,442 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 13 January 2020, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 563,95,40,976 (281,97,70,488 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 563,96,01,860 (281,98,00,930 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
