Axis Bank allots 59,356 equity shares under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 59,356 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 17 August 2021, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 613,17,75,066 (306,58,87,533 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 613,18,93,778 (306,59,46,889 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
