Axis Bank allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 1,98,805 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 03 November 2014, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 472,02,88,276 (236,01,44,138 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 472,06,85,886 (236,03,42,943 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
