B & A announces resignation of statutory auditors

With effect from 11 November 2014

B & A announced that P.K Nandy & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditors of the Company has resigned from their office with effect from 11 November 2014 and such resignation has been accepted by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 11 November 2014.
