Banaras Beads standalone net profit declines 78.26% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales decline 40.04% to Rs 5.63 crore

Net profit of Banaras Beads declined 78.26% to Rs 0.05 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 0.23 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales declined 40.04% to Rs 5.63 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 9.39 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit declined 17.37% to Rs 1.38 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 1.67 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales declined 12.96% to Rs 23.78 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 27.32 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
