Bank of Baroda allots 55.07 cr equity shares under QIP issue

Bank of Baroda has allotted 55,07,95,593 equity shares to qualified institutional buyers at the issue price of Rs 81.70 per Equity Share (including a premium of Rs 79.70 per Equity Share) against the floor price of Rs 85.98 per Equity Share, aggregating to Rs 4499.99 crore pursuant to QIP issue.

Pursuant to the allotment of Equity Shares in the Issue, the paid-up equity share capital of the Bank stands increased to Rs 1034.27 crore, comprising of 517,13,62,179 Equity Shares.
