Bank of Baroda appoints directors

With effect from 24 December 2014

Bank of Baroda announced that the following Directors have been appointed on the Board of the Bank w.e.f. 24 December 2014.

1. Bharatkumar Dhirubhai Dangar

2. R. Narayanaswami

Further, these Directors are deemed to have been elected as Directors representing Shareholders other than the Central Government under Section 9(3)(i) of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970 and have assumed office with effect from 24 December 2014 and shall hold office for a period of three years up to 23 December 2017.
