Beardsell standalone net profit declines 65.85% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales decline 14.84% to Rs 39.31 crore

Net profit of Beardsell declined 65.85% to Rs 0.42 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 1.23 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales declined 14.84% to Rs 39.31 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 46.16 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit rose 100.61% to Rs 6.60 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 3.29 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales rose 11.76% to Rs 167.06 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 149.48 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
