Berger Paints India announces change in directorate

With effect from 01 April 2014

Berger Paints India has announced that Rishma Kaur and Kanwardip Singh Dhingra have resigned as Alternate Directors to Kuldip Singh Dhingra and Gurbachan Singh Dhingra respectively with effect from 01 April 2014 in order to comply with the provisions of Companies Act, 2013.

They will continue as whole time employees of the Company.
