Berger Paints India standalone net profit declines 21.04% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales rise 7.71% to Rs 1016.26 crore

Net profit of Berger Paints India declined 21.04% to Rs 74.97 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 94.95 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales rose 7.71% to Rs 1016.26 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 943.54 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit rose 25.32% to Rs 446.45 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 356.26 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales rose 6.84% to Rs 4121.53 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 3857.81 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
