Beta-Kappa Investments announces appointment of compliance officer

With effect from 10 September 2014

Beta-Kappa Investments announced that the Board of Directors have appointed Srinivasan N. as Compliance officer of the Company in lieu of V. Kunchithapatham who was hitherto the Compliance officer.

This will come into effect from 10 September 2014.
